SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Regardless of the destination:
- Tracked delivery is free for orders over €39.
- For orders under €39, shipping costs €6.95.
Orders are usually shipped the next day (excluding weekends and public holidays). All orders are shipped from France via La Poste and Colissimo, with delivery times ranging from 3 business days for deliveries within France to up to 15 business days for international shipments.
Orders sent from France do not incur any additional taxes or customs fees for deliveries within Metropolitan France or the European Union. However, for other countries, customs duties and taxes may apply. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inquire about these fees and pay them if applicable.
PRICING
All prices are listed in Euros and include all applicable taxes for deliveries within the European Union.
Customers will have the option to choose their preferred currency at checkout. Prices will then be converted based on the current exchange rate from the original price in Euros.

Check your order’s tracking information and contact our customer service team for assistance. Rest assured, we make every effort to ensure every order is delivered correctly. We’re here for you throughout the purchase process, from placing your order to receiving your parcel, and even beyond.
RECEIVED YOUR ITEM BUT NOT SATISFIED?
You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. We accept returns of unused, intact products sealed in their original packaging. Here’s how:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at contact@nailitstickers.com to inform us that you wish to make a return. Include your order number, as well as the references and quantities of the items you are returning.
- Send Your Items: Ship your items via post, along with the packing slip, to the address (located in France) we will provide by email.
Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, and you are responsible for ensuring the returned items are delivered safely. Once we have received and inspected the items, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of our decision regarding approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 30 days.
PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED OR WITH A DEFECT?
If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@nailitstickers.com and provide the following details:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue (wrong item, defect, etc.)
- A photo or video showing the problem
WANT TO CANCEL OR MODIFY YOUR ORDER?
We process orders quickly, usually on the same day. For this reason, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification. However, send us an email at contact@nailitstickers.com as soon as possible with your cancellation or modification request, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If your order has already been prepared, you will need to wait for delivery and return the item(s) for a refund of the product cost. Return shipping costs will remain your responsibility.
